Food is average, service sucks. at least 4-5 of the dishes went to the wrong table. We ordered a fried egg, gave us a overcooked microwaved egg. When I asked them to actually pan fry an egg like we ordered, she said no, they only use microwaves here.What an true embarrassment to Vietnamese food. The pork patty was rubbery like a microwaved hockey puck, and the Vietnamese Coffee they forgot for 45 minutes and when it came they made us literally build it ourselves. They even left us with a pot of hot water to do it ourselves. When we said we didn't want to pay for the egg because we ordered it as 'a fried egg', I even said Trung Chien in Vietnamese (I ordered the whole order in Vietnamese), and not a microwaved one, the server had the audacity to lie to my face and say that when I ordered, I said 'just an egg', but in english. By those standards, I would expect them give me an uncracked egg. Not whatever hot garbage they gave us.These types of servers should honestly be the first to be replaced with AI robot servers. At least those ones know the right tables to bring the food to.Totally ruined Father's Day. WHAT A JOKE.

Went to this location today. My first time here. It's pretty small inside but I was able to get a table. I ordered the number 20 special soup. It had a little spice to it. It was really good. I got beef salad rolls to go. They were a little over grilled on the beef I think but it still tasted good. I highly recommend eating here. Very flavourful.

Maybe we came at a bad time, seeing all the other reviews. But our experience was awful.Flies were everywhere!!, industrial fans blowing air around (AC not working ?) , service was mediocre and the BUN rice noodle dishes we had were terri ly bland. Chicken was overcooked and tasted like nkthing, but the spring rolls were good (pretty sure they're the same ones every other Pho restaurant buys and uses). Super disappointing! I love a good Vietnamese restaurant, and I'm not sure if we just ordered the wrong thing, but based on our experience I won't be recommending it to anyone.

This is THE best place in Ottawa to have the noodle soup. The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. Portions are very generous. Service is fast and efficient. They serve everything with very good tea. Their rice dishes are very decent, too.

We were looking for a pho place that was located in between our appointments. Chose Pho Hong because it was the most conveniently located and wow, so glad that we did! The food was exceptionally great. I had brisket and tendon and my partner had the bun bo hue. Both broths were so good. Probably the tastiest we've had in Vancouver and we have had alot of pho in Vancouver. You can add a spring roll to your meal for a $1.95, well worth it. Their iced coffee was again, really really good. It was our first time there, but I'm pretty certain that this will be our go to pho place from now on.

Ordered grilled chicken pho, Yellow curry chicken , peanut ravioli,and Vietnamese beef stew. Came with rice. Everything was delicious! They even gave 2 free spring rolls! I made a pick up order. Been going there for years, never disappointed! We are 3 family members and we had supper and lunch next day!

Probably THE BEST pho and Vietnamese food in town! Amazing quality, price and service! One of my favorite go-to in town :)Lots of vegan and vegetarian options make it even better!

The noodle house is great!The pho has a very nice clean tasting broth.I prefer a bit more depth in flavour, but it was still a pleasant experience, and didn't make me feel bloated.The broth is clear. They provide you with a lot of meat in the pho which makes for a great value considering how it is an affordable meal.The iced coffee is perfect! The dim sum were alright; The har gow was a miss for me as I found it too doughy. The pork and shrimp shumai tasted amazing and was very well seasoned despite being a bit overcooked.The staff and the service was amazing, and they are very friendly.

A family favorite. The Vietnamese bowl #1 is the ‘go-to’ order for everyone in my family (extra hot sauce for my son). Every once in a while I will change it up and order the Kung Pao Chicken.A great family owned small business on the Main Street (Scott Street) in Fort Frances.Very popular with locals and tourists.
