5 minutes away from my house and I just recently discovered it was 5 minutes from my house! Now I’m a regular. Very good broth, many options on the menu, the house special is my go-to. Bubble tea is pretty good as well! Service is great and many precautions taken for Covid safety. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

It was my first time trying pho. The restaurant is quite good. The customer service from the girls is amazing. Talking about food, i ordered a large spicy bowl of soup and rice noodle. The noodle was pretty good, but the chicken tasted a little weird. I don’t know if it was supposed to be like that or it was something wrong in chicken.The spice level in the spicy was too much for me.. hahahaha, but i still loved it.

Delicious pho, absolutely love the broth and they have good portions. I love their pork bahn mi but the spring rolls are not for me. Pretty good iced coffee as well

I know it's pho 99 but consistency is great when you're in the mood and this place has it in spades. Decent food, prices and service. One of my favorite pho places in Surrey.

Poor service and below average food is not a good combo. But I guess since this place is conveniently located, it has been able to survive.Salad rolls were particularly disappointing. Literally the diameter of a spring roll with watered down peanut sauce. The Pho itself had very little meat and a bland soup base. But a saving grace is they are open late.Been 6 years since I was there last and will be another 6 before I go back!

Service is good, and i know they can still do it better. Good Pho and value for money. I ordered Pho, and 2 minutes later, it's already on my table.

Food was okay, but the service was horrible. It was also so silent inside and never once did anyone checkh up on us at any point after telling us where to sit (not even when we needed to order). There are far better places with similar prices and much attentive and friendly staff.

This is my FAVOURITE pho restaurant. Great portion sizes, lots of meat and the broth is delicious. Their spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had, nice and thick. Service is always nice and quick
